Introduction
Welcome to laundrymaidjeans.co.uk. These terms of use are a legal agreement between us and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer, including the sale of retail goods to consumers. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement including our Privacy Policy.

Product Exclusivity
Laundry Maid's philosophy is to make each jeans range a limited edition, producing only small quantities. Consequently, the maximum purchase order is two jeans items per customer. Stocks are currently available in the UK and Europe only.

Purchasing Products
The prices displayed on this website are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 17.5% and are subject to change if the applicable rate of UK VAT changes before your order is accepted.

Any orders you place with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and these goods have been paid for. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received payment in cleared funds and the delivery/ billing address has been verified. We will confirm our acceptance of your order on receipt of cleared funds. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept any orders. You may cancel an order with us up to 24 hours prior to dispatch.

Channel Islands
The Channel Islands are VAT free zones. To ensure VAT is not charged, when you place your order please select the location as Channel Islands not United Kingdom.

Delivery
At Laundry Maid we take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible. We endeavour to dispatch purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. In the event that this is not possible, we will advise you immediately by email.

Delivery is by Royal Mail special delivery service or with an express courier. The cost of delivery in the UK is Free. The cost of delivery to the rest of Europe is £12.50. The delivery cost excludes any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the recipient. A signature will be required on delivery. In the event that you are not home, our delivery service will leave you a card setting out where you can collect or how you can request a re-delivery. Please allow a maximum of three to five working days for your order to arrive, especially for deliveries outside the UK.

When you place an order, we will deliver it to the address designated by you as long as that delivery address is within the United Kingdom, Channel Islands and the rest of Europe are compliant with the delivery restrictions set out on this website. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.

Returns Policy
We will offer a refund or if stock is available exchange on any unworn goods, faulty or otherwise, within 28 days of dispatch. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with their labels intact. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order. You will receive a returns form with each order to complete and return.

We will re-imburse the postage paid when returning faulty items only. If you require an exchange on a faulty item and we have stock available, you will not be charged again for delivery. Please note that all refunds and exchanges must be made through our website and goods may not be returned to our stockists. Refunds will not be made by our stockists under any circumstances. We will refund the original credit card charged only.

Returns Procedure
If you wish to return any items to Laundry Maid please complete the brief "Returns Form" on the back of the delivery note. Wrap your return safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Laundry Maid. Obtain proof of posting certificate from Royal Mail and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.
With your completed "Returns Form", send your package back to Laundry Maid Jeans Limited, Internet Returns, Laundry Maid Jeans Limited, PO BOX 56937, London, N10 3TX, U.K. Please note that Laundry Maid will be unable to refund items returned to us which are lost in the post. It is advisable to obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Royal Mail and arrange the necessary compensatory cover for the items.

Complaints
We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. Please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.
